Review: Hotel Resol Ikebukuro

 Hotel Resol Ikebukuro

I stayed at Hotel Resol Ikebukuro.

This hotel is located in Ikebukuro.  The hotel's surroundings are urban and convenient, though not relaxed.

It is a one minute walk from Higashi-Ikebukuro station on the Yurakucho Line.  If you are familiar with the Tokyo metro system, you should use this station.

If you seem to have difficulty understanding the subwey route, I would recommend you to use the Ikebukuro station, which is a huge terminal station.

It takes about 6 minutes walk from Ikebukuro station to Hotel Resol Ikebukuro.

After check-in, take the amenities provided on the shelf next to the front desk to your room.

9 floors.  There is a ladies floor on the top floor.

My room was on the 5th floor.

There is a microwave oven on the 5th floor, which was really convenient.

Modalet room.  14㎡.

Personally, I prefer the style of taking off shoes at the entrance of the room.

It is a unique layout of the refrigerator right next to the front door.

On top of that, there is a tea products.

The room was compact and confort.

The desk area looks like a room at home.  I don't often see such a small desk and chair in a hotel.  It was not bad to use.

There is a compliment water on the desk.

Bath room.  It was a very ordinary business hotel one.

If you have any amenities you are missing, you get them in the lobby.

It was a very ordinary business hotel, compact and functional.

Ikebukuro is an urban area, so there are plenty of convenient shopping spot in the nearby.  It is a good place to sightseeing on the west side of Tokyo.

Review: Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo

Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo I stayed at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo.  This is a new hotel in Sapporo, opening in 2021. Solaria Nishitetsu hotel sapporo is close to Sapporo station. The official website says it is a 5 minutes walk from Sapporo station, but it takes only 1-2 minutes from the nearest underground exit, so it seems much closer. The hotel was new and really clean. My room was on the 10th floor. Double room.  21㎡. Washbasin, bath and toilet are separate. More and more hotels are using this layout these days. For me, it is easy to use separated. Amenities are available in the room.  (Many hotels nowadays don't have them in the room) There is a fitness room and coin laundry on the basement floor. There is also a large public bath.  The quality of the public baths in business hotels these days are very high. I felt that the sound and light in the large bathroom at the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo were also good. You can enter with your room...

Review: Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage

Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage I stayed at Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage. which just opened in March 2022. This hotel is located on the east side of Tokyo.  In front of the hotel is Tokyo skytree, which is a famous tourist attraction. Keisei Richmond Hotel. The nearest station is Oshiage.  it is a 1 minute walk from the station exit to the hotel. There is also Richmond Premier across the road, so there are likely to be many cases of mistaking the entrance, but if you use Kura Sushi as a landmark, you should be able to get to the Keisei Richmond.  (If you are staying at the Premier, LIFE(super market) is the landmark) The front desk is on the 3rd floor. A shopping mall called Soramachi is located right in front of this hotel. I was given a souvenir of the opening. Amenities are available on the front floor.  If you need them take them to your room. My room was on the 7th floor. Standard Single.  17㎡. There is a sofa and a table next to the bed. B...

Review: Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho

Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho I stayed at Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho.  It is a new hotel which opened in December 2021.   This hotel located on the east side of Tokyo. It is convenient for sightseeing such as Sensoji temple and Tokyo Skytree. The nearest train station is Kinshicho.  (Sobu line, Hanzomon line)  it is less than 5 minutes walk from the south exit. the area around the station is very prosperous and convenient. I personally like the convenience of this station, because it is smaller and more fanctional than the mega terminal stations (like Shinjuku, Shibuya and Ikebukuro) on the west side of tokyo. It is a new buildiing, opened three months ago, so it is so clean. Skin care products services are available.  they are complimentary. 12 stories. There is a coin laundry on the 7th floor. My room was on the 10th floor. The guest room floors are also brand new. Moderate room.  17㎡. There is a very nice working desk and TV...
